Project Qatar 2012 – the ninth annual International Construction, Building, Environmental Technology, and Building Material Exhibition was launched yesterday at the Doha Exhibition Center. The event welcomed thousands of professionals on its first day, the landmark exhibition is a unique platform to discuss new projects, explore new partnerships, and generate business leads across all sub-sectors of the construction industry. Early public feedback on the exhibition highlighted the importance of the exhibition to Qatar’s construction industry. Exhibitors and visitors alike are delighted at the prospect of meeting industry leaders to discuss over $250 billion worth of projects that are slated to be completed in Qatar in the lead up to the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Under the auspices of His Excellency Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabr Al-Thani - Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar- the exhibition has grown in both stature and size. This year, Project Qatar is 25% larger than last year- a massive increase for an exhibition that was already the biggest exhibition in Qatar. The exhibition was inaugurated yesterday by H.E. Sheikh Abdul Rahman Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Minister for Municipality & Urban Planning and the officials along with guests took a tour of the exhibition after inaugurating the expo and visited the pavilions of many companies and listened to the explanations and product demonstrations given by the incharge of pavilions. More than 1,750 exhibitors from 42 countries showcased a number of innovative technological products, solutions and services related to construction technology and building materials over four days at the exhibition held at the Doha Exhibition Centre. All these days witnessed a large number of visitors from all parts of the world. During the exhibition days there were so many speakers and experts from the Building Industry to deliver informative seminars / Speeches. "Argon Global Presents Safari Mall AG Vision Awards Night & Entertainment Show 2012"



Padmashree Bharath Mammootty, the veteran Malayalam film actor will perform on a stage programme in connection with the first AGVISION award night on April 13. The actor is appearing on an entertainment program after 13 years in Doha. AGVISION is the media and events division of Argon Global and the programme is coordinated by DOHASTAGE who has vast experience in organising various successful shows and events. The event will be called 'Safari Mall AG Vision Award Nite 'The Mammootty Show'.

"I am immensely happy to return to Doha after 13 long years. I am looking forward to offer the audience in Doha an event of a lifetime," said Mammootty in a briefing in Kochi along with Argon Global and Dohastage officials.

Cine Artist Nadirsha is the director of the show, which claims to be the largest in the history of Qatar. The entertainment programme will be supervised by popular director Pramod Pappan. The evening of 24th March, 2012 witnessed a very informative and power packed seminar at the Holiday Villa Hotel on the most modern and latest IT solutions. Last December 15, 2011, Argon Global presented a technical seminar and product launching of Codex, the ultimate digital television solution by Ikusi, at Merweb Hotel, Doha. Argon Global has partnered with Ikusi for satellite multimedia solutions in Qatar. The event started with a welcome speech from Argon Globals Business Manager, Mr. Abdul Mujeeb followed by Argon Globals corporate presentation by Mr. P.N. Rajesh, Technical Affairs Manager, that provided an insight into all the business units of Argon Global. "Argon Global Shaam E Ghazal - Concert in honour of late Jagjit Singh"

Indian music group Doha Waves is hosting a concert in memory of Indian ghazal legend Jagjit Singh at the Indian Cultural Centre on December 1 2011. It is scheduled for 7 30pm. Singh is credited for the revival and popularity of Ghazal, an Indian classical art form, by choosing poetry that was relevant to the masses and composing them in a way that laid more emphasis on the meaning of words and melody evoked by them. Jagjit Singh was the first Indian composer, and together with his wife Chitra Singh the first recording artist in the history of Indian music to use digital multi-track recording for their (India's first digitally recorded) album, Beyond Time (1987). Singh passed away two months ago.

Admission to the event, "Argon Global Shaam E Ghazal", is free.

The programme, comprises the collections of the famous ghazal singers and playback singers. Frontline singers Abul Kherr, Khateel Bhutt, Ziad Khan, Rajiv Saxena, Abdul Haleem, Hidayath Khan and Muhammed Thoyyib will sing at the programme. Indian embassy first secretary MR Qureshi will be the chief guest.

"Schneider Group Appoints Argon Global as Elite Partner - 21st November 2011"

Today, Argon Global was officially appointed by Schneider Group as the first and only Elite Partner in Qatar at Sharq Village & Spa. This event was graced by Schneider Delegates, Management Team of Argon Global, and media officials.

The event started with a welcome remark by Argon Globals Group CEO, Mr. Abdul Gafoor. Mr. Gafoor expressed his deep joy for this achievement and commended the team behind this success. He also thanked Schneider Team and wished for a good and successful partnership with them.

Sixth Annual Day Celebrations of Argon Global at Horizon Manor, Qatar.
Argon Global WLL Celebrated its 6th Annual Day Celebration on 28th July 2011 at Hotel Horizon Manor, Qatar. Argon Global has successfully completed six years of operation since inception the party gathering was attended by over two hundred Employees. The celebrations were scheduled late evening and lasted till midnight. The evening of the 12th of May 2011 ,a dinner was hosted by Argon Globals Projects team at the Garden Village, with the intent for its workers to relax and know each other more and also to share some lighter moments amidst their busy working schedule. Ms Priyanka kapur, Business Development Manager- corporate/HR Manager initially welcomed everyone to the function and introduced the newly joined Projects Manager, Mr Francis Varghese to his team and the audience. Teaming up to cross all barriers and bridging the Gap of all possible issues was the message from the new Projects Manager. Big Day Out Conference at Doha
Doha, Qatar. 28 March 2011. Top international musical bands will perform at the Qatar's first music festival which will be held at the intercontinental Doha hotel beach front on April 14 and 15

The event which is named "The Big Day Out", will feature American rock band Hoobastank, British band Toploader, Dancing in the Moonlight, British reggae group Aswad Shine Romanian dance-pop Akcent, and Lebanese rock band Mashrou3 Leila among others. Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, Jared McCulloch of Global DJ's said the music festival is being to meet the aspiration of all music lovers in Qatar.

Bryan Adams Concert presented by Argon Global rocks Doha
News Date : 19/December/2010 Bryan Adams delivered yet another electrifying performance to around 5,000 adoring fans during his concert at the InterContinental Hotel beachfront on Thursday night.

The concert sponsored by Argon Global left an extemely satisfied crowd who rocked, sang and swayed to some of the chart-topping hits of Canadas all-time best selling male artist. The two-hour show was a real treat for the fans who waited five years to see him again perform in Doha. Some of the memorable songs included in his repertoire at the show were Heaven, Summer of 69, Please Forgive Me, Lets Make A Night to Remember, 18 Till I Die, Back To You, Cuts Like A Knife, and (Everything I Do) I Do It For You. It was amazing to see people of all ages from all walks of life developed familiarity with Bryans songs as they sang with him which proved his musics universal appeal transcending colour, age and faith.

People were in trance as the multi-awarded singer sang in his unique strong, raspy yet mellow voice his beautifully written songs with lyrics that go right through the heart of every listener. Though the night was cold, the crowd felt warm all throughout the show through Bryans intimate audience interaction talking to them from time to time and even singing with an audience member onstage.
